What do I need to prepare for the session?
Your desire to improve and work on it, of course. 💪🏻 In addition to that, I recommend you:
- Be in a quiet, undisturbed space for the session, where you can express yourself freely (e.g. not in the same space as your partner, if you want to talk about issues related to him/her).
- Check that the devices from which you will make the video call have sufficient battery power and that the chargers are at hand.
- A notebook or diary where you can take notes can be very useful both during the session and afterwards.
No free first session?
No, we do not offer this service. We understand that the first session is essential to establish the link with the patient and it is here that the therapist lays the foundations for the therapeutic work. Therefore, we charge from the first session.
How much does each session cost?
ONLINE THERAPY
The price of the individual online session in English is €50.
The cost of the online couple therapy in Spanish is 60€.
FACE-TO-FACE THERAPY
The price of the individual online face-to-face session in Spanish is €70.
The individual face-to-face session in English costs €80.
The cost of face-to-face couples therapy in Spanish is 80 €.
The price for face-to-face couples therapy in English is €90.
Why are English sessions and couple sessions more expensive?
This type of session has an added complexity for the therapist. In the first case, because it is in another language, in the second, because of the approach, since couple therapy is worked on in a different way and it is necessary to attend to the needs of both members of the couple.
Why don't we have any offers, packs or promotions on the website?
We do not offer discounts. We consider that the time and dedication in each session should be equal, therefore, we do not have promotions. This way we ensure the quality of the therapy.
What happens if we don't connect?
It's not the norm, but sometimes it happens. It's OK. Tell us openly and we will be happy to refer you to another professional if you wish. The fact that you are comfortable working with your psychologist is fundamental for the progress of your process.
Can I know how long the process will take?
We cannot give approximate times. Each process is different and has a duration that cannot be foreseen. Perhaps at the beginning you feel that you are making less progress and then you reach a good rhythm of work, or vice versa. Therefore, we cannot indicate the duration of the therapy.
