More about Alexandra
Hello! I am Alexandra Benítez, a health and educational psychologist, with an integrative approach that allows me to adapt tools and techniques to the needs of each person. Each process is unique, which is why my priority is to create a solid therapeutic bond, that is, a space of trust and security where I can explore, understand and transform that which generates discomfort.
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents and adults. Each person who comes to me brings me a new perspective and enriches me both professionally and personally. Listening, understanding and accompanying in the therapeutic process is for me a constant source of learning and growth.
I consider myself a close, empathetic and respectful person. I know how important it is to feel listened to, so I seek to create a non-judgmental place where everyone can connect with themselves and find new ways of well-being and development.
