Es una terapia psicol\u00f3gica dise\u00f1ada para ayudar al cerebro a procesar experiencias traum\u00e1ticas o emocionalmente intensas que quedaron \u201catascadas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"2273\">La base del EMDR parte de una idea sencilla: el cerebro tiene una capacidad natural para procesar las experiencias dif\u00edciles, igual que el cuerpo puede cicatrizar heridas f\u00edsicas. Estimulaci\u00f3n bilateral<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3827\" data-end=\"4001\">Esta es la parte m\u00e1s conocida del EMDR.
